Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia. Orders dispatch from Victoria.

Rates and times

• Standard — $10. Usually 1–4 business days to metro areas after dispatch; regional and remote addresses can take longer.
• Express — available at checkout where offered by the carrier.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your order, check with neighbours and your parcel locker or safe-drop location first, then email sales@shopfireup.com within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout — we can't redirect parcels once they've shipped.

Subscriptions

Subscription renewals ship on the same schedule as one-off orders and use the same rates.
