What's actually in a can?

How much caffeine is 112mg?
About the same as a strong coffee. We suggest no more than two cans a day, and it's not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine.
Is it lactose free?
Whey protein isolate is 99% lactose free, so most people who avoid lactose drink Fire Up without any issue. It does contain milk, so it's not suitable for a milk allergy.
Does it taste like a protein shake?
No. It's light, crisp and carbonated — closer to a sparkling energy drink than a shake. Serve it ice cold; that's how it's meant to be drunk.
When should I drink it?
Before or after training, instead of a morning coffee, or when the afternoon crash hits. It's protein and energy together, so it fits wherever you'd normally reach for either.
How long does shipping take?
