Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you don't love Fire Up, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. Return any unused, unopened cans to us and the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving them. Opened cans don't need to come back.

Damaged or faulty orders

If your order arrives damaged, dented or leaking, email sales@shopfireup.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the affected cans or refund them — your choice. You don't need to send anything back.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause, change flavour or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us before your next renewal date. Renewals that have already shipped are covered by the guarantee above.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
