Does it taste like a protein shake?
No. It's light, crisp and carbonated — closer to a sparkling energy drink than a shake. Serve it ice cold.
How much caffeine is 112mg?
About the same as a strong coffee. We suggest no more than two cans a day. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
Is it lactose free?
Whey protein isolate is 99% lactose free, so most people who avoid lactose drink Fire Up without issue. It does contain milk.
How fast is shipping?
